Attending: 0The Naval Lodge Hall, 330 Pennsylvania Avenue, S.E., Washington, DC 20003
June 17, 2015 8:00AM

DC City Council is holding a hearing on June 17th on Naval Lodge's tax exemption. We need everyone who can to attend!!!

Naval Lodge has been at it’s current location for the last 120 years and while we have been an important part of Capitol Hill for over 200 years we need help. The upkeep and maintenance of our home has outstripped income so we have requested that the city exempt the building from property taxes and our Councilman Charles Allen has introduced:

B21-0086 - Naval Lodge Building, Inc., Real Property Tax Exemption Act of 2015

BILL SUMMARY - As introduced, this bill exempts the property owned by Naval Lodge Building, Inc., described as Lot 800, Square 789, from real property taxes and assessments.
