Brethren,

As you may know, on July 27, 2015, Bro Dwight Palmer passed away suddenly. His family, who live in Atlanta, GA, are planning to ship his remains back to Atlanta.  In addition, his father needs to fly in from Jamaica to help the family and attend Bro Palmer's funeral. WM Reeves and an appointed relief committee have approved $200 to assist the family with these expenses, as permitted in the by-laws in a time of recess.

With that in mind, WM Reeves has called an emergency communication on August 11, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., in order to vote to approve an additional $800 in funds to be allocated for Bro Palmer's family. Please take due notice thereof and attend if at all possible.

The communication will be followed by a memorial reception in the Lodge dining hall.
