This portion of the meeting will be open to non-Masons. \;Since 1994\, Capitol Hill Scouts has been pursuing the mission of the Boy Scouts of America: "\;to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.&rdquo\; Capitol Hill Scouts has had a great partnership with Naval Lodge No. 4\, which has provided a wonderful meeting space for our units. \;Additionally\, RWB Michael Nicholas will be giving a short presentation on "\;Guarding the West Gate\,"\; the new background investigation software available for the Lodge to use for petitioners\, which will be closed to Masons only.
