On Thursday, December 1st, Naval Lodge will be conducting a regular communication meeting, which will open promptly at 7:30 p.m. During this meeting, lessons will be given on Cigar 101 to include:

• Make-up of a cigar
• Types of cigars
• Cigar selection
• Proper lighting techniques
• Tips on enjoying a cigar
• Proper cigar maintenance
• Pairing cigars with food and drink
• Sampling (distribution only; no smoking in the lodge)

This portion of the meeting will be open to all guests and visitors, so please feel free to invite friends and family.

In addition, we will be balloting on several candidates during the closed portion of the meeting.

Dinner begins at 6:30pm and Lodge will open promptly at 7:30pm. After lodge, members and guests are invited to partake of samples at our normal post-lodge location.
